PANGO stores account details, listing content, saved houses in the active session, messages, and booking activity required for platform functionality. Sensitive access credentials remain hashed in the database.

Fairness and trust

Listings, enquiries, and booking requests should be handled honestly. Fake listings, impersonation, and abusive conduct may lead to account removal when an admin review workflow is added.
